Credit Card Scam EducationIf you receive calls where the caller claims to be from your bank or credit union's fraud department and they need to verify information, like the CVV number on the back of your card, it's a scam. Remember: 1.) We'll never ask for the CVV number. 2.) Contact U1 directly if you're unsure. Do not redial the number on the phone. 3.) If you believe to be a scam victim, call us at 800-543-5000.
